Welcome to my crib!
It’s been almost two months in my new place and the decorating is coming along well. I really only have the downstairs portion of my condo finished. My bedroom and the second room still have some furniture needs so they’ll obviously take some time. I don’t want to rush it and just decorate because what if I hate it? Plus, I have to do the basement which is going to be my living room. That will probably be the next or last room that I work out. To be honest, nothing really needs paint at the moment. I just need furniture and I have a certain look that I am going for which is why I have yet to fill up this place — plus, who wants to spend all their money right when they move in!?
Here are a few pictures that I have captured of my condo before I moved in. What’s so great about my place? Well, I love the hardwood floors. I’m obsessed because that has always been my thing. They look great with the white trim and my walls are now a grey color instead of that ivory it was painted when I moved in. All of the light fixtures are updated for the most part. I really went for this place because I wouldn’t have to put as much work into it in the future. I’ll probably have to update the appliances and carpet but that is about it. I’m happy to report that I have a walk-in closet and so much room to do whatever. Rocko loves when I throw his toys down the stairs for him to fetch and the amount of space in the basement lets him do laps on rainy days. There is so much room for us and Chase whenever he comes over.
These are just a quick glimpse inside my condo before it was my condo — I promise the rooms look gorgeous compared to what I captured right before I moved in.
