Just in time for the holidays!
Who doesn’t love the holiday season?
The month of December is filled with bright and colorful lights, laughter, winter fun, and so much more. What’s not to love about the seasonal flavors of hot drinks and candy canes? I really like the holiday season if you didn’t notice 😉 I’m just a cheery and happy person so this is just the perfect time for me to prosper.
The best part? I love giving gifts!
That’s what this season is all about. Giving to those that we love and those that are less fortunate. Give to whoever you want, honestly. That’s why I put together this gift guide because I’m a fan of helping people out and I think I’m a great gift giver, to be honest.
Yeah, yeah, I know there are tons of gift guides out there but I think it’s great rather than saturated because you have perspectives from multiple people. I would have never thought of certain gifts if I had never read a gift guide or gave a blog a click to see what I could by someone. I’m a gift guide fanatic especially when it comes to men but my boyfriend has been very helpful by listing everything out that he wants this year (hint: he wants everything).
This post contains affiliate links. I would never promote a product that I don’t love and my review is honest. If you decide to sign-up or purchase anything, it will cost you nothing extra and will provide me with some compensation.
Check out a few of my suggestions below and share what you are buying this year.
Gifts for Her
If you’re looking for that lady in your life like mom (there are mom gifts in here), your best friend, sister, or etc. then I have some great ideas. I wanted to hone in on the homebody and chill vibe. I think those gifts are the best gifts because you don’t have to go out and do too much to enjoy these gifts. You can’t go wrong with any of these gifts and I had to throw in the Amazon Echo Dot and Google Home because there are so many uses for them and they connect to so many other smart house devices. And, I couldn’t pass up on slippers and a diffuser because there are things that are essential to stress relief. There’s a little bit of everything in there for the ladies in your life.
Gifts for Him
Now, if you have a guy in your life like your dad, boyfriend, brother, etc., I pulled some gifts, too. You can’t forget about the men in your life because they’re awesome — at least, the ones in mine are. With these gifts, I went for things that are useful in their lives like a messenger bag for work or a watch because they can’t always rely on their phone to tell time. Not only are there accessories but there is a Google Home and Amazon Echo Dot in there for the man that loves technology. There are many choices that you can get for the man in your life depending on your mood and what they might favor. There’s a fun game thrown in there because the men I know are competitive so why not give them a game?
Christmas Lovers
Would you buy Christmas decorations for someone for Christmas? I would. And, I can’t help but love all of Target’s Christmas decorations. They are really on point this year. Same goes to a lot of other brands. I just think Christmas decorations have become really fun and I’m loving all the trends. You can easily show up to a Christmas party with something cute like Christmas-themed cups or things for your friends that have a new place or need Christmas decorations. You can’t go wrong with these cute gifts or hey, gift yourself some new decorations!
Kid Gifts
I don’t have kids but I used to be a kid so I definitely think I can give some ideas. Things have definitely changed compared to my time — I feel so old saying that. But, I have a boyfriend who has two godchildren that I have helped shop for. We’re all about being the fun people. So, a mini trampoline might have been bought in the past but it’s cool because his godson loved it and it got him moving. I think gifts for kids can range from things they might need like fun pajamas because they’re always growing to books and toys that they can learn from. Anything that keeps them busy is a great toy to me. I’m all about staying below $50 although, I know it can be hard. If you’re buying for your own child, you definitely know what’s best for them but hey, these could be fun! Not only that but they’re creative. And, if you’re buying for someone else’s kid, always check with the parents first!
Stocking Stuffers
You know I couldn’t forget about the stocking stuffers. My parents always supply us with the necessities like deodorant, body wash, shaving cream, and other things that we will be using. They don’t forget the candy or gift cards which my parents are really good at stuffing stockings. My boyfriend is really good at it, too — I have to get on his level when I do make his this year. I kept it simple with these suggestions like a mug and lip balm and lotion. Things that people are going to need in the winter season and utilize in their everyday life. And, you can’t forget the candle because those will keep there place cozy and scented.
I’m really feeling the holiday season this year — like hardcore. I’m in full swing and ready for Christmas with 20 days to go still.
I’m excited. I hope you were able to add a few things to your list because I didn’t want to overdo it with stuff that keeps popping up and I wanted to throw in things that can be used all the time.
So now that you have a few ideas on what to get, make sure you don’t miss out on it being sold out. The easy way to go is online shopping, I can’t say it enough. I love it. (hint: make sure you keep an eye out for sales because you can score big like the on the Amazon Echo Dot and Google Home!)
And thus, here is my gift guide for your shopping enjoyment.
