Don’t let the holiday prep get you stressed! If there ever was a year to dive into holiday cheer early, 2020 is that year. And, I am sharing different gift guides to help inspire your shopping list.
With Christmas right around the corner, its time to start planning your list. Who are you shopping for? And what would you like to get them? I’m the type of person that sends an email to my family every year, so that I can figure out what they would like. In my opinion, it’s quick and easy to figure out everyone’s gift, plus everyone gets an idea when we all send multiple things in that email – I tend to text whoever to let them know what I’m getting someone else so we don’t duplicate.

When it comes to gifts, I really focus on what people want and need. I love to give and it’s just really fun for me.
This year has been quite the year. I don’t think anyone can disagree about that. So, I’m spreading all the Holiday cheer that I have. It’s the least that I can do. For me, I want to celebrate the highs and lows. The Holiday Season is a high for me. And, I love to make people happy.
My gift guides are curated with items that I either have in my home or are planning to buy (especially the toddler gift guide). Honestly, these are the lists of things that I’ll be buying people especially Cannon if you couldn’t tell.
Here’s to making your list and checking it twice! Enjoy your shopping.
Toddlers Gifts

When it comes to toddlers, I’m really thinking about Cannon and the things that I’m buying him. Many of the gifts on this list, he has or will be receiving for Christmas. Honestly, I’m big into reading articles about growth and development, so those types of gifts will always be on my list. There is no need to fill my house with noisemakers when there are silent toys that will get the job done. And, I found a few personalization items that I think any child would love. The name puzzles are my favorite – not only are children having fun with it, but they can learn how to spell their name. Cannon is always moving and we’ve already bought the vehicles on this list. Also, a huge fan of Green Toys — they’re our favorite bath toys brand.
For Her Gifts

These are the ladies that we consider mom, sister, girlfriend, etc. When I’m talking about for her, I am thinking about my mom, sisters, and in-laws. While I always ask what they want for Christmas, if there is something out there that I know they will like I’m going to buy it. That’s what I do when it comes to my mom every year. Like my dad, she has everything. And my sisters are different but the same. I know I could easily get them the same thing and they’d both like it, but we’re sisters and we don’t like to share the same things… Nonetheless, here are the gifts that I think the special ladies in your life will love. And, these are items that I love! I highly recommend a face steamer, if you can’t make it to the spa and comfy clothes for all the days we’re still going to be inside.
Friends Gift Ideas

When it comes to my friends, I have a variety of friends – mom friends, close girlfriends, work friends, and blogger friends. I’m the person that likes to shower my friends with love. If I lived close to my close friends, they would each get a birthday brunch (surprise!) and a fun balloon. With a mixture of friend groups, I like to dive in on items that I think my friends would truly like – usually things that I like. Yeah, I know that sounds bad, but we’re all pretty similar when it comes to gifts. Mug warmers are a must! Polaroid cameras have been back in action for years and I love to use mine to capture Cannon and moments with my friends. From items for my jetsetters to lifesaver tools for my mom pals, I’m touching on it all for my friends.
For Him Gift Guide

Now, men can be hard to shop for. I say this as someone that struggles to shop for her brother, father, and boyfriend. My dad doesn’t like to tell us what he wants for Christmas because he’ll get the things he wants or needs. My boyfriend is the exact same – but he will mention when he wants a video game. And my brother, he likes video games and technology. See, it’s a bit all over the place? Somehow, I was able to narrow down items and found items that would successfully work for any of the men in my life. Most of these items on the list are currently in hiding at my home. I’m working on the Playstation 5, which might not happen for many of us if they keep selling out.
The Dog Presents

Let’s not forget about our pets! Although he’s not all over my blog, I have a four-year-old Pitbull named Rocko. And, he’s the sweetest dog ever that loves everything food and squeaky. When it comes to his stocking and gifts, I like to load him up with treats and/or a new bed. If you have a large dog, I’m sure you can imagine the constant need to update your dog bed or dog sweaters for your pooch. Or maybe that’s just me. Either way, my pup gets his gifts because he’s part of my family. These are the ideas for those whose pets are part of their family!
Here’s to a happy shopping season! I hope some of these items fit your budget and that you love them. I’m truly excited to shop for Christmas and wrap things.
Honestly I feel very Christmas-y, but I’m holding off until after Thursday.
Here’s a merry rest of the year!
